The Preventing Decline Exercise Plans are scalable movement programs that are designed to be performed at home will minimal equipment. These specific plans will be based on the users’ ability that range from very limited mobility called Build Me Up, all the way to mid-to-high functioning older adults, called Stay Strong. The 4 levels that will be offered are: 

Build Me Up (chair-bound exercises)

Stand Tall (standing exercises for those with limited mobility or balance issues)

Move Well (both standing and floor exercises for those with some minor joint pain)

Stay Strong (for those with little to no joint pain and who have recent exercise adherence).

These separate plans can be purchased ala carte with a single payment or all-inclusive with a Preventing Decline Membership.
