In today’s world of constant communication, interruptions are inevitable. So how can you strengthen your focus and stay on track? Here are seven strategies to help reduce distractions and enhance your concentration.

Harness your emotions

Visualize how you want to feel at the end of the day. This mental picture can guide your focus and help you approach the day with intention.

Break free from autopilot

Pay attention to your habits. When you instinctively reach for your phone, stop and ask yourself why. This shift in awareness helps you turn unconscious actions into conscious decisions.

Tune into your energy
