Collection: Exercise Plans

The Preventing Decline Exercise Plans are scalable movement programs that are designed to be performed at home will minimal equipment. These specific strength and cardiovascular plans are based on the users’ ability that range from very limited mobility called Build Me Up, all the way to mid-to-high functioning older adults, called Stay Strong.

The 4 levels that are offered as part of a PD+ membership include

Build Me Up - All seated exercises for individuals who are a high fall risk and/or cannot stand unassisted for longer than 2-5 minutes at a time. 

Stand Tall - Primarily standing exercises for those with limited mobility or with moderate balance issues. 

Move Well - Includes both standing and floor exercises for those with minor joint pain and some previous experience with exercise. Move Well users must be able to safely get down and off the floor. 

Stay Strong - For those with little to no joint pain and who have recent exercise adherence. Stay Strong users will be encouraged to work at much higher intensities as compared to the other PD exercise plans.
